Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 9.30 am at £12.50 per person and includes a Full English Breakfast, fresh fruit salad, cereals, tea, coffee and fruit juice.
Please book and pay for your breakfast on arrival.
If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know.
Is there parking?
Free private parking is possible on site, you do not need to reserve a space however spaces are limited and are available on a first come first served basis.
If all spaces are full there is on-street parking. Please note that there is a 2-hour restriction for non-permit holders. Please see street signage for full information.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in between 15:00 to 21:00. Please contact us in advance to let us know if your expected arrival time falls later than 9 pm.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out between 6:00 to 10:00.

The nearest beach is just 100 yards from The Royal Norfolk Hotel.
Can I bring my pet?
Whilst dogs are allowed in the bar, pets are not allowed in the rooms or restaurant.
Can I get to the hotel by public transport?
Our nearest train station is Folkestone West, it is under a mile away and is around 20 minute walk. There are several local taxi companies that can be called to arrange transfer to and from the hotel.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel that serves both the local bus routes, and there is access to the National Express network at the Folkestone Bus Station.
Do you have a lift?
No, due to the age of the building, there is no lift.
All rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel and are accessed via the main stairs and therefore may not be suitable for all guests.
